How To Order

(A) Online Shopping Cart
1. From the Shopping Cart use the search function to select the required items. Insert the quantity required and click the "update" button.
2. Repeat procedure for each selection.
3. At the end of shopping, click the "Check Out" button.
4. Registered privilege customers are to enter the customer-privilege number in the space provided. New customers need to register your details here. with Auslab.org or pharmacyonline.com.my.
5. Confirm address for delivery. Please provide details if it is different from the mailing address. Enter the payment method (Maybank2u for Malaysian customers, bank draft / postal order or visa / master cards for others) and other details.
6. An email is sent immediately when an Order has been confirmed and another email when the order has been dispatched.
7. For credit card payment option, our customer officer may contact you by phone to verify your order details before the transaction is finalised and completed.

(B) Fax or Mail
1. Download the blank order form
2. Once the form is completed, fax it to +60 3 78467623 between 10.30am to 9.00pm Mon to Sat.
3. Or simply mail the completed order form to:

Note: Any Group B Prescriptions Order cannot be faxed as the original copy is required by law.

(C) Telephone
Call +60 3 78474812. Our sales coordinator and assistants are available to process orders Monday to Friday 10am - 5pm (Malaysian time). If possible please quote the item numbers of the products on order.

(D) Email
Please email your order to phc@auslab.org. If you prefer that credit card details are given over the phone, you may call us or request that we call you for such details.

(E) In Person
You can place an order online and pick it up later at our store. Call 03-78474812 to confirm this arrangement.

* 10:30am to 5:00pm Monday-Saturday
   (Closed on SUNDAYS and PUBLIC HOLIDAYS)
