Shipping Policy / Time Table / Charges

Auslab and its subsidiary companies employ either the Malaysian Post Registered Parcel System or a private courier service to ship out all orders. All Parcels will be delivered to the provided postal address and will require a signature on each receipt, It is recommended that an alternative address (such as office or workplace) is necessary to expedite delivery.

Packages and parcels will be unmarked for privacy and security. They will be dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of customer's confirmation details (order and payment) before 11:00 am (Malaysian time). If the items ordered are not in stock, please allow an extra 2-3 working days for shipment.

The Time Frames for Delivery are under the "Delivery Time Table" as supplied by Pos Malaysia Berhad.

Outside Malaysia
Air Mail take up to 28 days for Delivery, Economy Air take up to 8 weeks for Delivery. All international orders are despatched by Malaysia Parcel Post. Auslab and its subsidiary companies are not responsible if parcels are withheld at the custom department or lost during transit. If so requested, Shipment can be served by DHL Express at extra cost as all parcels are track-able at every point.

0 - 2 kg -- add 15% to price of item(s)
Over 2kg and above RM100 -- add 15% to price of items(s)
(A rebate of 5% as bonus will be given to privilege members only for their next purchase

Outside Malaysia
(Please specify if DHL Express is required under "Comments / Special instructions" in payment options, Normal Air Mail Parcel takes up to 28 days for Delivery, DHL express takes up to 4 working days for Delivery. A separate quotation will be provided for DHL Express prior to dispatch)

Over 2kg and above USD50 -- add 15% to price of item(s)

Other zones:
Auslab and its subsidiary companies may not have shipping facilities in some countries yet. In such cases, no shipping of goods and payment will not be charged.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
